Re-manufactured Starters, Alternators and Generators:

I have negotiated with a local rebuilder to supply quality remanufactured starters, alternators, and generators. Our coverage includes 750,101,105,115,116, and 164. All units are fully disassembled, cleaned, and all components are individually tested. After assembly these units are all load and performance tested. The alternators all have new bearings, brush sets, re-conditioned armatures, and new voltage regulators if equipped with internal regulator. The generators have new bearings or bushings and brush sets. The starters all get new bushings, brush sets and solenoids. Other components such as starter drives, field coils, diodes, armatures, and stators are replaced as required. I have most of the “modern” units in stock if you are looking for a quick turn around. I only stock Bosch units, however, if you have a Lucas or Marelli I will be happy to have your core rebuilt. Core charge on all starters, alternators, and generators is $100.00. Only Bosch units will be accepted as cores, except when a Lucas generator or starter is requested. Only the customer’s units will be rebuilt as I don’t have a stock of Lucas units. Pricing will depend on the condition of the customer’s unit.
